Custom-formulation SLA
Our manufacturing site operates on a facility footprint that handles 3,200 tonnes per month of production capacity split between household chemicals (1,500 t/mo) and industrial chemicals (1,700 t/mo). The industrial line covers metalworking fluids, water-treatment chemicals, corrosion inhibitors, industrial cleaners, and specialty fluids. Custom-formulation development runs as a dedicated line item, separately resourced from catalogue production.
1,000+ proprietary formulas, indexed by sector. The library is the result of 32 years of buyer-specific development work — each formula traces back to a plant-condition brief (water hardness, metal type, throughput, target performance) that our R&D team qualified at sample stage and graduated into catalogue production. Buyers receive formulas from the catalogue when their plant condition matches; custom development runs in-house when no catalogue formula is a close enough fit.
ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) operate as the documented QA frame. Substances in scope are REACH-registered for the volume bands they ship in. SDS Annex II compliance with current CLP ATP harmonization. CoA issued per production batch and tied to lot number on packaging.
Buyer audits of the manufacturing site are supported with reasonable notice. Audit-history from prior buyer + third-party audits available on request as part of the qualification dossier.
N&T Swiss AG is the Swiss-domiciled legal entity that contracts internationally and operates the QA gate over what ships out. The structure matters for buyers: our manufacturing arm provides the manufacturing record (32 years, 1,000+ formulas, ISO certifications), while the Swiss entity provides EU-compatible contracting, EUR invoicing, and a single point of contact for regulatory + logistics activity — deliberately structured for cross-border B2B clarity.
When a buyer's plant condition doesn't match the catalogue library closely, the R&D team develops a custom formulation against the brief. 14 working days from signed brief to first qualified sample is the SLA we operate to — the number reflects steady-state R&D capacity, not a marketing target.
