Health-adjacent (food supplements, nutraceuticals) and specialty industrial chemicals. Medicinal products — including OTC medicines — are outside the trading scope. The two verticals overlap with the in-house N&T divisions, so the trading desk inherits validated supplier networks, regulatory frameworks, and logistics partners from both. Adjacent verticals (cosmetics, food ingredients, industrial gases) are taken on RFP if the brief matches operational capacity.

Documentation review (ISO 9001:2015, REACH/BPR, target-market certifications) → bench sample audit → site audit (third-party or in-person) → first production batch validation. Suppliers in the network passed the same chain; new suppliers added per RFP undergo the four-stage qualification on the buyer's account.

RFP-driven. The smallest engagements run roughly one-container annual volume in the relevant vertical (specialty chemicals: ~20-tonne minimum batch; supplements: ~5,000-unit minimum). Below that scale, the qualification and logistics overhead consumes the margin — we'd point buyers to direct-supplier procurement instead.

EU + EEA via direct Swiss-fronted contracting (EUR invoicing, Incoterms® 2020). Western Balkans through regional distributor network. MENA via partner network with a single point of contact in Switzerland. Asia + Türkiye on RFP basis where the brief aligns with vetted supplier networks. Support and documentation in English.

Both, depending on the project. Principal model: N&T Swiss AG takes title and resells (preferred where margin compensates risk-carry). Agency model: N&T arranges the supply chain on a commission basis (preferred where the buyer wants direct supplier relationship plus logistical handling). The brief decides which fits.

First response within one business day. A scoped quote (price band + lead time + qualification timeline) within five business days for catalogue-adjacent briefs; ten business days for new-vertical briefs. Lock pricing requires a confirmed PO and supplier-side capacity hold.
